International realty specialists Knight Frank, along with Citi Private Bank, just published The Wealth Report: A Global Perspective on Prime Property and Wealth 2011. The 67-page report includes information about changing residential real estate prices around the world; a map summarizing “Where the Wealthy want to Buy and Move” now; a feature article on 10 cities around the world that have real estate investment opportunities for UHNWIs; and many short articles, including one on venture philanthropy.

This year’s list of China’s top 10 luxury residences (text in Chinese) came out on Wednesday. It included three developments each in Shanghai and Beijing, two in Shenzhen, and one each in Guangzhou and Dalian. The first three residences on the list were: Dayi Villas in Guangzhou, Tomson Riviera in Shanghai, Oriental Xanadu in Dalian.
