Cities and Real Estate

The Economic Times explored the reasons “why residential property prices never fell in cities” around India.

The Moscow News ran a short article about three of that city’s high-end neighborhoods, with residential real estate prices per square foot.

It looks like Russia’s largest commercial property sale may be about to happen. According to the FT’s beyondbrics, Morgan Stanley may be ready to pay US$1.1 billion for the Galeria mall in St. Petersburg.
